About This Role
Job Summary
Responsible for providing professional skincare and aesthetic treatments under the supervision of a Physician/Dermatologist. Conducts skin assessments, develops personalized treatment plans, performs skincare procedures, recommends products, and educates patients on proper skincare to support optimal results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, peels, microdermabrasion, laser, and light-based procedures.
- Develop customized skincare plans based on client needs and goals.
- Educate patients on skincare routines, product use, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and safe operation of equipment and treatment areas.
- Manage skincare product inventory in coordination with relevant departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and safety standards.
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
