Senior Hr Executive (Immediate Joiner)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Senior HR Executive** to manage recruitment and HR operations while supporting business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations and workplace matters.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Oversee HR administration, leave management, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR and recruitment experience.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies across functions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
