Medical Telesales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to promote healthcare services, treatments, and packages.
• Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed appointments and consultations.
• Follow up with potential patients to encourage bookings and maintain engagement.
• Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information regarding services, doctors, procedures, and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to increase retention and repeat visits.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment booking targets.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and patient support.
• Follow up on missed appointments, pending treatments, and patient feedback opportunities.
• Address patient concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or appointment conversion targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple leads effectively.
• Experience in healthcare, medical clinics, wellness centers, or service industries is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and general computer applications.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
