Senior Healthcare Consulting Leaders

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and expansion of the firm's Healthcare Practice across Saudi Arabia.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across the Saudi healthcare ecosystem.
• Identify business opportunities and generate new consulting engagements through strategic networking and relationship management.
• Lead high-profile healthcare consulting engagements, ensuring exceptional client delivery and satisfaction.
• Develop proposals, contribute to business development activities, and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
• Act as a trusted advisor to government entities, healthcare providers, regulators, and healthcare sector stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams, supporting talent development, coaching, recruitment, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams to support the firm's growth strategy across the Middle East.
• Drive strategic transformation, operational improvement, and healthcare sector initiatives for public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Saudi National (mandatory).
• Minimum 10+ years of healthcare sector experience for Senior Manager level, 15+ years for Director level, and 20+ years for Partner level.
• Demonstrated network and strong existing relationships within the Saudi healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to access and influence senior decision-makers across key healthcare organizations and government entities.
• Recent management consulting experience with a leading global consulting firm:
• Senior Manager: minimum 2 years.
• Director: minimum 4 years.
• Partner: minimum 6 years.
• Strong expertise in healthcare strategy, transformation, operations, or advisory services.
• Proven track record of originating and winning consulting engagements.
• Experience working with government bodies, regulators, healthcare providers, health clusters, and public sector organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, business development, and leadership capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with organizations such as the Ministry of Health (MOH), Health Holding Company (HHC), Council of Health Insurance (CHI), Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA), Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), health clusters, medical cities, or equivalent healthcare entities.
• Extensive knowledge of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem and Vision 2030 healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Experience across Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region.
