Lead brand identity concepts, packaging designs, and visual assets for private-label and exclusive brands.
Align creative work with brand guidelines, commercial objectives, product requirements, and technical and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand identity concepts, packaging architecture, and designs for private-label and exclusive brands.
- Deliver packaging artwork, labels, print-ready files, and supporting identity assets.
- Prioritize design requests by commercial urgency and deliver assets within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain brand standards for typography, colour, imagery, and layout.
- Create packaging artwork and product mock-ups; coordinate technical specifications with product developers and suppliers.
- Guide and coach the Graphic Designer, review work, and support skill development.
- Collaborate with product, content, marketing, onboarding teams, and suppliers through approvals and production.
- Maintain design asset libraries, templates, and brand guideline documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant graphic design, brand identity, packaging design, or related creative experience; beauty, cosmetics, or consumer products experience is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showing brand identity, packaging design, artwork execution, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of packaging architecture, typography, colour theory, layout, visual identity systems, and print production.
- Experience preparing production-ready artwork, labels, mock-ups, and files to technical specifications.
- Experience managing design requests and timelines, and working with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Mentoring or reviewing junior designers is preferred; strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and multi-project management are required.
