About the Role

Graphic Design

• Create high-quality visual content for digital and print, including social media posts, presentations, brochures, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Support the development and consistency of Neospace Interiors’ brand identity across all platforms
• Develop layouts, templates, and creative assets aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines
• Adapt and refine designs based on project requirements and campaign needs

Video & Content Creation

• Film and edit video content for social media, website content, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging project highlight videos, reels, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes content, and company updates.
• Apply motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound editing, and visual effects where appropriate.
• Support the development of a structured and consistent content pipeline across platforms.
• Assist with content planning and execution aligned with the marketing calendar.

Photography & Site Content

• Capture project photography, site progress, completed works, team activities, and company events.
• Support photo and video shoots including setup, composition, lighting, and basic direction.
• Ensure all visual content maintains a high standard and aligns with Neospace Interiors brand quality .

Creative Development & Collaboration

• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, content formats, and brand engagement
• Transform project details into visually engaging and impactful marketing content
• Stay updated on design, video, and social media trends, particularly within the interior design and fit-out industry
• Work closely with the Marketing team and other departments to deliver high-quality creative output
• Manage assigned tasks independently while ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail
• Take ownership of creative deliverables from concept through to final production.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or multimedia design
• Experience within interior design, fit-out, architecture, real estate, or construction industries is an advantage
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, social media, and video content work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience using video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of social media content formats, trends, and visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, framing, and composition
• Strong attention to detail, layout, branding, and visual consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset
• Creative, ambitious, hands-on, and eager to grow within a dynamic business.
• Nice to Have
• Experience with motion graphics or animation
• Advanced video editing skills
• Interest or experience within interior design and architecture
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance tracking
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and creative techniques
