The Role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong brand awareness and Creative Strategy mindset.
This is a unique role for a multi-disciplinary creative who can bridge the gap between high-level brand thinking and expert visual execution.
You won't just be making things look good; you will be defining
*why*
they look that way, developing the core strategy, and then leading the design process from concept to final delivery.
Responsibilities
- **Brand Strategy:**
- Collaborate with clients to define brand identities, positioning, visual direction, and unique selling points.
- **Creative Direction:**
- Translate complex strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives and multi-channel campaigns.
- **Hands-on Design:**
- Lead the design and production of high-impact assets across print, digital, and social platforms.
- **Concept Development:**
- Generate innovative campaign ideas that push creative boundaries and connect with target audiences.
- **Mentorship & Quality Control:**
- Provide art direction and feedback to junior designers/creators to ensure all output is strategically aligned and of senior-level quality.
- **Research & Insight:**
- Identify market trends and audience insights to inform both the strategic direction and the visual aesthetic.
- **Client Presentation:**
- Articulate the strategic "why" behind creative choices to clients, persuasively presenting concepts and designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior creative/design role within an agency.
- Bilingual (English and Arabic)
- Proven ability to develop brand strategies, write creative briefs, and think beyond the "visual" to the "business objective."
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
- Experience in Motion Graphics (After Effects/Premiere Pro) and UI/UX design concepts using Figma will be advantageous.
- A portfolio that demonstrates both deep strategic thinking (case studies) and high-end visual execution (branding, typography, and campaigns).
- Proficient in developing presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills in English.
