About the Role

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse visual projects
• Proficiency in Logo Design and creating impactful Branding materials
• Advanced skills in Typography and understanding of design principles
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively
• Ability to work in a hybrid role, managing both in-office and remote tasks effectively
• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in leading design projects and working in cross-functional teams is highly beneficial

What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and corporate communications
• Produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms — social media, websites, presentations, and email campaigns
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all Ayat Group entities and subsidiaries
• Collaborate with management and department heads to understand project briefs and deliver on-brand solutions
• Review and approve design output before final production or publishing
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Mentor and guide junior designers or external creative suppliers when required
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork files to professional production standards
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Support company events, campaigns, and launches with creative design solutions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 3–5 years in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

InDesign

• Experience in real estate, property, or corporate branding is a strong advantage
