The Candidate

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or Animation is preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Hospitality, Luxury, Entertainment, Lifestyle, or Agency environments.
• Previous experience working in a Fast-Paced Agency with a focus on Lifestyle, Beauty or Fashion will be Advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for quality, ensuring all creative assets are delivered accurately and to the highest standard.
• An Impressive Portfolio and/or Show Reel showcasing Next-Level Design Skills that reflect the FIVE Ethos.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In-Design, Adobe After Effects, PPT and/or Keynote.
• Proven track record of managing Multiple Projects, coordinating Diverse Stakeholders, and delivering results within tight deadlines in Dynamic, Fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Typography, Layout, Composition, Colour Theory, and Luxury Brand Aesthetics, with the ability to create visually compelling designs that embody the FIVE Ethos..
• Proven ability to take Creative Projects from Concept Development through to Final Execution, ensuring Exceptional Quality and Brand Consistency at every stage.
• A Meticulous approach to File Organisation, Artwork Preparation, Print Production, and Quality Control, ensuring flawless delivery across Digital and Print Platforms.
• Exceptional attention to Detail with the ability to identify and resolve Errors, Inconsistencies, and Brand Deviations before Final Delivery, maintaining Brand Standards of Excellence.
• Next-Level Organisational and Time-Management skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
• Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
• ‘FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilises Exceptional Skills to Design Luxe Visuals that Elevate FIVE's presence to New Heights.
• Conceptualises and Executes Creative and Imaginative portfolios for Design Team briefs, showcasing a Visionary approach to Design.
• Effectively collaborates with Fellow ‘FIVERs’ in Public Relations, Marketing, and E-Commerce to understand and Seamlessly Deliver on project objectives.
• Creatively captures the unique Vibe and Atmosphere of the various Concepts and Events at FIVE.
• Creates Next-Level Visuals for various Marketing Materials, including Social Media, Online Ads, Promotional Materials, and more.
• Elevates Key Visuals with Animation, infusing all designs with FIVE's Signature Bold and Luxurious Touch.
• Acts as the Brand Guardian to ensure design materials adhere to FIVE’s Unparalleled Brand Guidelines, maintaining a Consistent Style across all materials and platforms.
• Expertly retouches photographs of FIVE’s Boundary-Breaking Facilities, Rooms, and Dining Concepts, and retouches and edits images at a Gold Standard.
• Demonstrates Sensational Teamwork by working closely with ‘FIVERs’ in other departments to develop First-in-Class graphic designs.
• Collaborates with Copywriters, Photographers, and other Stakeholders to ensure every design Effortlessly Communicates the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
• Meets project deadlines and prioritises tasks with First-in-Class Finesse to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Tailors designs to suit Advertising, Social Media, Printing, and beyond, in True ‘FIVE-Styled’ Fashion.
• Exquisitely stays updated with Industry Trends, Best Practices, and Emerging Technologies in Design and Digital Marketing.
