Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Events, Experiential Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record leading global-scale events, experiential marketing, or brand experiences for a premium beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brand, backed by 8+ years in the field.
- Strong strategic vision with the ability to translate brand goals into iconic experiences.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving with hands-on operational leadership.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with agencies, production partners, talent, and internal teams.
- High cultural awareness and ability to adapt events for diverse regions.
- Commitment to sustainable and responsible event practices.
- Highly results-oriented with strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership presence, and agility.
- Multilingual abilities and global experience are a strong plus.
