Role overview

Application development

• Build responsive front ends using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular, and WebAssembly.
• Develop back-end applications, services, and APIs using C# and .NET Core 9+.
• Use Entity Framework, ORM technologies, and design patterns to deliver scalable, maintainable applications.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and application services for enterprise systems and business requirements.

Data, delivery, and support

• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases.
• Implement authentication, authorization, data protection, application security, and secure coding practices.
• Deploy and support applications with Docker and Kubernetes; develop CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, deployment, and releases.
• Monitor application performance and resolve complex application, integration, database, and production issues.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, and deployments while minimizing operational disruption.
• Support applications in air-gapped, isolated, or restricted environments.

Teamwork and documentation

• Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, infrastructure, cybersecurity, database, and application teams.
• Maintain architecture, source code, configuration, API, deployment, and operating documentation.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production operations; provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience; large-scale technology, enterprise, government, or systems integration experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, the latest Angular, and WebAssembly.
• Experience with C#, .NET Core 9+, Entity Framework, ORM frameworks, and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL, and database management.
• Hands-on experience with Telerik, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of APIs, application integration, security, authentication, authorization, performance optimization, software architecture, scalability, and maintainability.
• Experience with application deployments, upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, production support, and restricted environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills; mentoring experience is an advantage.
