The Commercial Manager leads business development, acquires dealerships and strategic partnerships, and drives revenue growth.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Acquire and onboard new car dealerships, automotive dealer groups, banks, and finance companies.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions and automotive businesses.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, partnership terms, pricing, and commission structures.
- Drive platform adoption and increase financing application volumes through dealership networks.
- Manage key accounts and strengthen existing partner relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams, and potential strategic alliances.
- Monitor commercial performance, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance platform performance and partner experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial management, business development, or strategic partnerships within fintech, automotive finance, banking, or financial services.
- Proven experience in B2B business development and partnership acquisition.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, consumer lending, or digital financial services.
- Established relationships with banks, finance companies, or automotive dealership networks are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial agreements and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing technology-driven company is an advantage.
