Senior Full Stack Developer
Role Overview
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using modern full stack technologies.
Lead and mentor developers where required to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
Review technical designs and application architecture to ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
Develop and enhance frontend applications using Next.js and React.js.
Develop scalable backend services and APIs using .NET / ASP.NET Core.
Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases for enterprise applications.
Evaluate and resolve complex technical issues throughout the application lifecycle.
Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to align technical implementation with business requirements.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
Support system integrations with internal and external enterprise platforms.
Troubleshoot application, API, database, and production-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical improvements and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure enterprise applications.
- Develop responsive web applications using Next.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Develop backend applications, services, and APIs using .NET / ASP.NET Core / C#.
- Design and maintain relational databases using PostgreSQL.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, indexes, database schemas, and data models.
- Apply object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, software architecture patterns, and design patterns.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and application security mechanisms.
- Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain new and existing enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance, APIs, database performance, and integrations.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and effort estimation.
- Ensure appropriate logging, monitoring, exception handling, and audit mechanisms are implemented.

Qualifications

- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in software development, application design, and system integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, .NET, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven experience developing and supporting enterprise-level applications.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, scalability, security, and performance.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to independently handle complex technical requirements and work within cross-functional project teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
