AIVIDA is a digital healthcare platform connecting doctors, patients, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers through web and mobile applications.
Seeking a hands-on technical lead for development and architecture of the platform's web and mobile applications.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of scalable web and mobile applications and define secure, maintainable architecture.
- Build Golang backend services and REST APIs; lead frontend development using Next.js.
- Design and optimize databases, integrations, authentication, notifications, and other platform services.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, troubleshoot production issues, and manage deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance.
- Collaborate across UI/UX, Product, QA, and Management; contribute to planning, task allocation, estimation, and team development.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum five years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and Golang; experience developing and managing web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Technical leadership, mentoring, or team coordination experience; analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Technical skills
- Mandatory: Next.js, TypeScript, Golang, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Additional listed technologies include JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, microservices, authentication and authorization, React Native or Flutter, AWS or Azure, Docker, CI/CD, and Git/GitHub.
- Node.js, Python, Java, Oracle, and healthcare, HealthTech, SaaS, or startup experience are advantages.

Compensation
- Pay: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month.
