Senior Full Stack Developer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive React applications with reusable components and well-structured frontend code.
• Develop APIs and backend services for reliable, secure digital experiences.
• Integrate applications with Dynamics CRM and other services using APIs and authentication patterns.
• Turn requirements into technical designs, estimate work, and deliver maintainable, documented features.
• Apply accessibility, performance, security, testing, code review, and monitoring practices.
• Guide technical decisions, mentor developers, and collaborate with product, design, and CRM teams.

Required experience

• Strong production web application experience with React, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and single-page application patterns.
• Hands-on backend development and API design, including REST, data access, integration, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM, Dataverse concepts, and CRM APIs.
• Experience with secure development, source control, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ability to own complex work, explain technical trade-offs, and collaborate across disciplines.
• Experience with .NET and C#, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, design systems, or accessibility standards is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development using coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 15,000–16,000 per month.
