Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

What You'll Do

• Lead MVA (manufacturing overheads) and CAPEX forecasting processes
• Perform variance and gap analysis against budget, quarter-to-quarter, year-over-year, and cost-to-complete metrics.
• Monitor and control CAPEX investments and manufacturing expenses within approved targets.
• Manage system approval processes related to CAPEX and MVA spending.
• Partner with plant stakeholders to improve cost visibility and financial accuracy.
• Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing costs for key product models.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing cost structures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
