Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Senior FP&A Analyst** to join our Doha office.
This role is responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive data-informed business decisions across retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Analyze sales, margins, inventory, and operational performance across retail channels
- Prepare monthly management reports and detailed variance analysis
- Provide actionable insights to support pricing, promotions, and business decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance trends
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and merchandising teams to improve financial outcomes
- Conduct scenario analysis to support business planning and decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reporting systems
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and Excel-based analysis
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries is an advantage
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Familiarity with IFRS and financial reporting principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights
