Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
About This Role
Job Purpose:
This role aims to oversee the preparation of the annual budget, analyze financial performance, and monitor variances, contributing to more effective financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget in coordination with various departments
- Monitor financial performance and analyze variances (Actual vs. Budget)
- Prepare periodic financial reports
- Develop financial forecasts and analyze profitability and costs
- Support management with financial reports and key performance indicators
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Professional certifications are a strong advantage (CFA, CMA, FMVA, etc.)
- 3 to 6 years of experience
- Hands-on experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
