About The Role
The Training Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Manager by developing the capabilities of store teams, elevating customer experience, and ensuring consistent execution across all retail locations.
This role requires a fashion‑savvy, energetic, and culturally aware trainer who understands the Saudi market, consumer habits, and the language of fashion retail.
The ideal candidate is young, dynamic, passionate about fashion, and capable of translating business needs into impactful training programs that drive sales performance, styling confidence, and brand excellence.
1. Training Strategy & Program Development
- Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the Sales Manager’s business cycle.
- Develop training modules covering customer service, product knowledge, styling, sales techniques, and brand values.
- Train teams on
- handling customer complaints
- professionally and effectively.
- Develop modules on
- upselling, cross‑selling, and maximizing sales opportunities

- Train staff on
- how to collect customer feedback
- and use it to improve service and store performance.
- Coach teams on
- managing customer frustration

- Create onboarding programs for new hires to ensure fast and effective integration.
- Continuously update training content based on market trends, product launches, and business priorities.
2. Fashion & Product Knowledge
- Train teams on product features, fabric knowledge, fit, styling, and collection stories.
- Ensure store teams understand fashion trends relevant to the Saudi market.
- Support the Sales Manager in building a strong fashion culture across the retail network.
- Conduct styling workshops to enhance team confidence and selling skills.
3. Sales Capability Development
- Train teams on sales techniques, upselling, cross‑selling, and customer engagement.
- Develop programs to improve conversion, average transaction value, and customer loyalty.
- Conduct in‑store coaching sessions to reinforce learning and monitor progress.
- Support Area Managers and Store Managers in building high‑performing teams.
4. Customer Experience Excellence
- Train teams on service standards, communication skills, and customer handling.
- Ensure alignment with brand expectations and Saudi customer preferences.
- Monitor customer feedback and NPS results to identify training needs.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, and store performance.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress, gaps, and recommendations.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and development plans for all store teams.
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in fashion retail training or retail operations with strong training exposure.
- Academic background in business, fashion, retail management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi retail market and consumer habits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Young, energetic, engaging, and able to inspire teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into training.
- **Recruitment knowledge or experience is a strong plus**

- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to travel frequently between stores
