- نبحث عن بائعة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، تكون مسؤولة عن استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم، وفهم احتياجاتهم، وتقديم المساعدة المناسبة لاختيار المنتجات التي تناسب أذواقهم واحتياجاتهم.
- تشمل المهام اليومية المحافظة على ترتيب المعرض، وتنظيم المنتجات وإعادة تعبئة المخزون، والتأكد من جاهزية غرف القياس والعروض بشكل مستمر. كما تتضمن الوظيفة إتمام عمليات البيع بدقة، والتعامل مع الاستبدال والاسترجاع وفق سياسات الشركة، والالتزام بإجراءات التشغيل والصندوق.
- ستساهم المرشحة أيضاً في تنفيذ العروض الترويجية، ومشاركة ملاحظات العملاء وتفضيلاتهم، والعمل مع فريق المعرض لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتقديم تجربة تسوق مميزة للعملاء.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتواصل.
- خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو قطاع التجزئة (يفضل في مجال الأزياء).
- القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتقديم توصيات للمنتجات.
- إجادة اللغة العربية، وتعتبر اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على المحافظة على مظهر المعرض وتنظيم المنتجات وفق معايير العرض.
- معرفة أساسية باستخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) والتعامل مع النقد.
- اهتمام بالأزياء والموضة والقدرة على تقديم اقتراحات تنسيق الملابس للعملاء.
- القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والأعياد.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة كحد أدنى.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate (بائعة) role based in Riyadh.
The Sales Associate will welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations aligned with the brand’s style and standards.
Responsibilities include maintaining an attractive and organized sales floor, replenishing stock, and ensuring merchandise is displayed according to visual guidelines.
The role also involves processing sales transactions, handling exchanges and returns, and accurately operating the point-of-sale system.
The Sales Associate will support daily store operations, follow company policies and procedures, and contribute to achieving sales targets and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service and retail sales abilities, with a strong focus on building positive, long-term customer relationships.
- Interest in fashion trends and styling, with the ability to provide confident, tasteful product and outfit recommendations.
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh in a full-time capacity, including weekends, evenings, and peak retail seasons as required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain store standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Comfort with basic POS systems, cash handling, and following standard operating procedures.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in fashion or retail sales is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
