Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate Development
About This Role
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with developer experience to join our Dubai team. You will play a key role in evaluating project viability, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring the successful delivery of real estate developments. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide insights through feasibility studies, financial modeling, and project P&L management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies for new and ongoing real estate projects
- Develop and maintain financial models (IRR, NPV, cash flow projections)
- Evaluate project viability, pricing strategies, and investment returns
- Manage and monitor project P&L, budgets, and cash flow performance
- Support land acquisition analysis and investment decision-making
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and cost structures
- Work closely with sales, development, and finance teams to align financial plans
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Track project performance against forecasts and highlight variances
Key Requirements:
- CA / CPA / CMA / CFA – mandatory
- 5–7 years of experience , preferably with UAE real estate developers
- Strong expertise in feasibility studies & financial modeling
- Ability to analyze investment opportunities and development strategies
- Hands-on experience in project P&L, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate market & development cycle
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, dashboards)
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
