The Program and Engineering organization conducts research and new product development and continuously improves Bombardier business jets.
The role joins the finance team supporting this organization.
Role responsibilities
- Coordinate financial information consolidation for Engineering and Program, participate in month-end closing, and prepare and consolidate financial results.
- Prepare and present monthly financial governance materials and analyze and explain variances against budget and/or forecast.
- Act as a business partner to Engineering and participate in FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and the R&O process.
- Contribute to team improvement projects and support ad hoc requests, including internal and external audits.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA designation.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information; demonstrate rigor, leadership, and strong team spirit.
- Strong interest in process improvement; excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Good communication skills in French and English.
