We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Senior Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — you will be embedded in the business, working directly with leadership on the numbers that drive decisions.

This role suits someone who has built their craft in a lean, fast-moving SME environment, where you owned the full picture rather than one slice of it. If you've spent your career in a large corporate, this probably isn't the right fit. Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end financial modelling process: cash flow, forecasting, business cases, scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Lead variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and translate findings into clear, actionable commentary for leadership
• Prepare and own the monthly board pack — financials, KPIs, narrative, and executive summary
• Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles across all business units and sites
• Analyse performance across multiple sites — revenue, margins, EBITDA, operating costs, and unit economics
• Identify financial risks and opportunities proactively, not just when asked
• Partner with department heads to track costs, challenge assumptions, and drive financial discipline
• Maintain data integrity and lead reporting automation initiatives
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure clean, reliable financial inputs

What We're Looking For

• Qualified ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent — non-negotiable
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a hands-on finance role
• Background in an SME or multi-site business — retail, F&B, fitness, hospitality, or similar preferred. We value breadth of exposure over brand name.
• Demonstrable experience building and owning financial models (not just maintaining templates)
• Strong command of Excel — we mean advanced: dynamic models, scenario analysis, pivot tables, and clean financial logic
• Experience preparing board-level reporting — numbers and narrative
• Commercially curious — you think like a business partner, not just a number cruncher
• Comfortable operating with limited hand-holding in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP or BI tools is an advantage
