Senior Finance Manager
About This Role
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager experienced in healthcare who oversees financial operations, budgeting, and strategic planning, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and improving profitability in hospitals or clinics.
Preferred Bilingual (Arabic and English) due to nature of the job.
Location : Dubai
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts tailored to healthcare metrics, such as patient volume, reimbursement rates, and service lines.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheets) and Data Analytics (Automation Tools such as Power BI)
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), monitor billing, and manage collections to optimize cash flow and reduce bad debt.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and internal policies, including managing financial risks.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to identify cost-cutting opportunities and improve financial performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance department.
Qualifications:
- Education: Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, CPA, CMA, CFA or ACCA is highly preferred.
- Good hands on experience with Power BI
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience, preferably 3- 4 yrs in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems.
