We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Management Consultant to join a leading consultancy team based in Al Ula.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled FM professional to contribute to prestigious projects within one of Saudi Arabia's most exciting and rapidly developing regions.
Key Responsibilities Provide expert Facilities Management consultancy services across a portfolio of projects.
Lead and advise on FM strategy, operational readiness, asset management, and lifecycle planning.
Develop and review FM policies, procedures, and maintenance strategies.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure FM requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations to optimise building performance and operational efficiency.
Support the delivery of high-quality FM solutions aligned with industry best practices.
