Overview
We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to join a leading FM consultancy delivering premium and luxury developments throughout Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and water systems.
- Conduct technical audits and inspections.
- Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.
- Monitor contractor performance and service delivery.
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare technical reports and recommendations for clients.
