Senior Facilities and Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Facilities and Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) who can oversee facility operations, maintenance systems, and technical teams while ensuring our sites and company facilities operate at the highest standards.

You will play a leadership role in maintaining operational continuity, improving maintenance performance, and supporting business objectives through effective facilities management.

Lead day-to-day facility and maintenance operations while ensuring systems, equipment, and company assets remain functional, safe, and compliant.

Develop and execute maintenance schedules, oversee emergency repairs, and improve equipment reliability through proactive planning.

Manage and mentor maintenance supervisors, technicians, and facility support teams while promoting accountability, efficiency, and teamwork.

Oversee external contractors, service providers, supplier relationships, and maintenance agreements to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards, maintenance procedures, inspections, and operational risk management requirements.

Track maintenance expenditures, monitor asset performance, support cost-control measures, and contribute to long-term facilities planning.

Minimum 6+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance operations, construction support services, or infrastructure management, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, facilities operations, preventive maintenance programs, contractor management, and operational compliance procedures.

Proven experience leading teams, prioritizing operational demands, and driving high standards across maintenance and facilities functions.

Strong English communication skills are required for operational reporting and team coordination.

Arabic language knowledge is considered an advantage.

You are proactive, highly organized, and operationally focused.

You understand how to maintain efficiency, respond to challenges quickly, and support long-term facility performance goals.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR16,000.00 per month
