About The Job

• Coordinate and manage protocol activities for official visits, events, and VIP engagements.
• Ensure smooth execution of reception plans for dignitaries, including scheduling, security coordination, and hospitality arrangements.
• Liaise with government entities and internal teams to ensure compliance with UAE cultural and official protocol standards.
• Prepare briefing materials and ceremonial guides for senior leadership and event teams.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and communications related to protocol activities.
• Support security and guest services teams in VIP escort planning and crowd control when required.
• Represent the organisation professionally in all interactions with VIP guests, officials, and stakeholders.

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in protocol, guest relations, or public affairs, preferably in a government-facing or high-profile environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• High level of cultural awareness and ability to operate within UAE traditions and protocols.

Desired

• Experience supporting VIP events or government delegations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with security, events, and leadership teams.
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in dynamic, event-driven environments.
