About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Liaise with implementation partners for execution and delivery of D365 solutions
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage application lifecycle, perform backups, and ensure system security
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for system integrations and ongoing support
- Provide L1 support to business users and escalate issues to partners for L2/L3 support
- Develop and manage reports using Power BI and other D365 built-in reporting tools
- Support PL/SQL development and maintenance
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Operations, and Commerce)
- Technical Skills:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Commerce)
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- PL/SQL development and support
- Scripting and customization using JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and partner teams
