Senior Executive - Health, Safety & Environment

• within Dubai Holding Asset Management.
• The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Support the delivery of health, safety and environmental (HSE) initiatives across operations
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and audits to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement preventative actions
• Monitor emergency preparedness, including response systems, drills and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and authorities to ensure compliance with regulations
• Track HSE performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements
• Support training, awareness programmes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote safe working practices and environmentally responsible operations

Essential

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above (or equivalent).
• Completion or exemption of UAE National Service (if applicable).
• Previous internship/training experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently in English.
• Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community initiatives during university.
• UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards, regulations and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage incidents, risks and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment

Desired

• Professional HSE certification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent)
• Experience with recognised HSE management systems (e.g. ISO standards)
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations
• Understanding of emergency response and crisis management practices
• Proficiency in reporting, documentation and basic computer systems
