Qualifications
- Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, with the ability to handle complex projects from conception to execution
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including leading teams and managing cross-functional workflows effectively
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage clients, vendors, and team members professionally
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving situations
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in event management or a leadership role within the events industry is highly advantageous
