Role Description
The Senior Estimator is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for residential,F&B & Commercial fitout projects. , collaborating with design and production teams, and analyzing project requirements to ensure accurate pricing and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in cost estimation, budget preparation, and resource allocation for manufacturing and fitout projects
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills to evaluate specifications, materials, and project costs
- Proficiency in project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience with vendor management, pricing negotiation, and procurement strategies
- Solid knowledge of design plans, technical drawings, and manufacturing processes is vital
- Proficient in computer-aided estimation tools or software and standard office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client collaboration and report preparation
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in the furniture or interior design industry will be an advantage
