Lead pricing of building tenders from enquiry through submission, reporting to the Head of Estimating.
Own assigned tenders, manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries, and prepare competitive, accurate bids for major projects.

A Tier 1 main contractor delivers high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality building projects across Dubai.
The company works with leading regional developers and has a strong tender pipeline and an established estimating team.
Key responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions, and raise clarifications.
- Lead quantity take-offs and check BOQs for accuracy and missing items.
- Build up rates for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
- Send enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers, then analyze and level returns.
- Prepare tender submissions, including pricing summaries, qualifications, assumptions, and exclusions.
- Work with planning, design, and MEP teams on programme, methodology, and preliminaries.
- Propose value engineering and alternative options to strengthen bids.
- Present tenders to senior management and support post-tender negotiations.
- Hand over successful tenders to the project commercial team.
- Guide and review the work of junior estimators.
