- Oracle Financials, HCM & SCM Modules
- PL/SQL, SQL / SQL*Plus
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- XML Programming
- SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture)
Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Handle incident tickets, tasks, and provide application support to end users
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve reported issues
- Maintain existing technical objects (Forms, Reports, Personalizations, OAF, Integrations)
- Develop new technical enhancements based on approved functional solutions
- Document solutions to support ongoing maintenance and future development
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL and SQL / SQL*Plus
- Experience with:
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Oracle Workflow
- AME (Approval Management Engine)
- XML Programming
- SOA (added advantage)
- Solid understanding of:
- Application programs
- SQL performance tuning & troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Oracle Public APIs
- Experience in third-party integrations (added advantage)
