Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Transformation Lead / SME to support a large-scale Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance migration program in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will act as a client-side functional lead, driving strategic finance transformation initiatives, validating solution approaches, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and Oracle Fusion capabilities.
This role demands strong expertise in Oracle Finance implementations, especially in General Ledger (GL), Chart of Accounts (CoA) harmonization, finance governance, and stakeholder management within complex multi-vendor environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the client-side Oracle Finance SME for the Oracle R12 to Fusion Cloud migration program
- Review, challenge, and validate proposed solutions and designs from implementation partners
- Lead business workshops and requirement discussions across Finance functions
- Drive GL and CoA harmonization/unification initiatives across entities and business units
- Review fit-gap analysis, solution architecture, functional designs, and configurations
- Ensure Oracle Fusion Finance solutions align with governance, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with SI partners, vendors, and internal business stakeholders across the transformation program
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and gaps across finance transformation workstreams
- Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Finance best practices and transformation roadmap
Required Experience
- 10–12+ years of experience in Oracle Finance implementations and transformation programs
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance
- Deep functional knowledge in:
• General Ledger (GL)
- Chart of Accounts (CoA) Design & Harmonization
• Finance Governance & Controls
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Finance transformation or migration engagement
- Experience working in large enterprise and multi-vendor environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with senior finance leadership and implementation partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on GCC/KSA-based projects
- Hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration programs
- Background in finance transformation consulting engagements
- PMP, Oracle certifications, or Finance-related qualifications are preferred
