Job Descriptionkey Responsibilities
- Handle incident tickets and tasks via service desk; provide application support to end users
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve system issues
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications
- Design and implement functional enhancements within SCM modules
- Conduct end-user training and prepare training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional consultants to ensure timely and high-quality support
- Participate in implementation and rollout of in-house ERP projects
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum
- 7+ years of hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite functional experience (SCM)
- **Ability to provide clear functional guidance to technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution**
- **Strong understanding of:**
- **Core SCM functionalities**
- Integration points with other ERP modules
- Experience in:
- Module implementation
- Troubleshooting and bug fixing
- End-to-end testing cycles
- Preferred (added advantage):
- Technical knowledge in
- **PL/SQL, SQL / SQL*Plus, OAF, XML, and SOA**
