📍 Location: Qatar (On-site)

✈️ Travel Requirement: Within Qatar – Yes

🎓 Qualification: Any Degree

💼 Experience: 7+ years (relevant experience)

  • Oracle SCM Modules
  • PL/SQL, SQL / SQL*Plus
  • Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
  • XML Programming
  • SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture)

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

  • Handle incident tickets and tasks via service desk; provide application support to end users
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve system issues
  • Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications
  • Design and implement functional enhancements within SCM modules
  • Conduct end-user training and prepare training materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional consultants to ensure timely and high-quality support
  • Participate in implementation and rollout of in-house ERP projects

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite functional experience (SCM)
  • Ability to provide clear functional guidance to technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Core SCM functionalities
  • Integration points with other ERP modules
  • Experience in:
  • Module implementation
  • Troubleshooting and bug fixing
  • End-to-end testing cycles
  • Preferred (added advantage):
  • Technical knowledge in PL/SQL, SQL / SQL*Plus, OAF, XML, and SOA
