Responsibilities
- Develop maintenance strategies, optimize preventive maintenance, lead RCA investigations, and monitor performance indicators.
- Monitor MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and failure trends to improve maintenance performance.
- Use SAP/Maximo data and field feedback to validate performance and maintain accurate strategies in the CMMS.
- Update equipment-specific strategies using RCM/FMEA principles aligned with asset integrity and maintenance philosophy.
- Support failure investigations and recommend practical short-, medium-, and long-term solutions.
- Review PM history and task lists and re-engineer preventive maintenance programs.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of extensive experience in RAM analysis, reliability measurement, RCA facilitation, FMEA/RCM, PM optimization, and asset criticality.
- Strong working knowledge of the listed reliability and maintenance areas.
- Proficiency in SAP, Maximo, or equivalent CMMS and data analysis tools.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Control, Corrosion, Metallurgy, Process, or a related engineering field.
- CRE, CMRP, or a reliability engineering certification from a recognized organization or society is listed.
