Role Overview

Identity and Access

• Troubleshoot MFA, conditional access, PIM, B2C authentication flows, and sign-in failures.
• Manage guest invitations, ADFS integration, NPS extension issues, and Azure AD certificate problems.
• Investigate anomalous sign-in activity and unauthorized-access events.

Networking and Compute

• Support ExpressRoute, VNets, Private Link or Endpoints, and route tables.
• Troubleshoot DNS, APIM connectivity, public IP migrations, DDoS exposure, egress failures, BGP paths, and service tag policies.
• Manage Azure VM incidents, Azure Migrate engagements, Azure Arc onboarding, ASR replication, quota requests, and hotpatch issues.

Virtual Desktop, Security and Storage

• Provision and troubleshoot Cloud PC, Azure Virtual Desktop, Teams media, mapped-drive, profile, and host-pool issues.
• Respond to Defender for Cloud alerts and support Purview, ASR policy, ADFS certificates, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot Blob Storage, SAS policies, ADLS access, and storage anomalies.
• Assist with Azure Storage migrations and advise on storage security and access-tier optimisation.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Azure infrastructure support or engineering experience.
• Strong Azure knowledge across identity, networking, compute, and storage.
• Experience driving Microsoft Support cases through resolution.
• Proficiency with Azure Portal, Azure CLI, and PowerShell for diagnostics and remediation.
• Strong Azure networking knowledge including VNets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, Private Link, and DNS.
• Clear communication with technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate certification or equivalent.
• Managed Services Provider experience supporting multiple enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or Intune.
• Exposure to Defender for Cloud, Purview, or Azure Security Center.
• PowerShell or Python scripting for automation and incident tooling.
