Associate Development Program

Candidate Profile

• Candidates should be innovative thinkers, enthusiastic collaborators, creative problem solvers, and curious self-starters.
• A technical discipline degree must be completed by January 11, 2027.
• Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or a relevant field is advantageous.
• Successful completion of a technical-related bootcamp is accepted.
• Working knowledge of application development is required.

Required Qualifications

• Willingness to travel more than 50% for client projects and shadowing opportunities.
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Demonstrate initiative, solve complex problems, and develop innovative technology solutions.
• Analyze issues, make recommendations, and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.

Compensation

• The stated compensation range reflects on-target earnings, including base salary and any applicable target bonus.
• The listed annual compensation range is USD 80,000 to USD 88,000.
