LAUNCH Development Program

LAUNCH is AHEAD's associate development program for early-career IT consulting talent.

The program provides technical training, certification completion, shadowing, and exposure to career paths across the business.

The Associate Network Engineer is internally known as an Associate Technical Consultant.

Training and Project Work

  • Start with a three-month training program in the Network practice.
  • After LAUNCH, work on client projects based on skillset, personal interest, and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate across teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Collaborate on projects and contribute to successful delivery.
  • Apply initiative, resourcefulness, critical thinking, and problem solving to complex issues.
  • Manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience with infrastructure solutions is required.
  • Existing U.S. work authorization is required.
  • Candidates must be willing to travel more than 50% for client projects and shadowing.
  • Meet at least one criterion: technical degree graduation by January 11, 2027, technical bootcamp completion, or data center knowledge.
  • Prior IT, software, or relevant internship, co-op, or research experience is a plus.

Preferred Certifications

  • CCENT, CCNA, Network+, Server+, Security+, VCTA, and CCA-V certifications are preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • OTE compensation is USD 80,000 to USD 88,000 yearly and includes base salary plus applicable target bonus.
  • Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
