Overview
- Generate and close sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for elevators, escalators, and moving systems.
- Identify and pursue modernization, upgrade, repair, and spare-parts opportunities across the existing and target portfolio.
- Retain and recapture maintenance units — manage renewals, reduce cancellations, and win back lost units from competitors.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to scope works and prepare accurate quotations.
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals, pricing, and tender responses in line with company margins.
- Build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility-management companies, developers, consultants, and property managers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for contract value, units, and revenue.
- Coordinate with the service and technical teams for smooth contract handover and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of leads, quotations, and contracts in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform sales strategy.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
