Overview
- The Lighting Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales growth, project execution, product management, and customer relationships within the Lighting Division.
- The role involves managing lighting projects from concept to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring profitability, and driving business development initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of lighting systems and products, commercial acumen, leadership skills, and experience in managing lighting solutions across residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the lighting division.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, retail, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, distributors, and end-users.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
