BSA preferred with banking domain exp. 2.
Business Systems Analyst with strong SQL 3.
SQL, Banking domain, Data mapping, data analysis, BSA experience. 4.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. 5.
Drive requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder meetings. 6.
Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, process flows, and data mapping documents. 7.
Analyze banking business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. 8.
Work with data engineering teams to define source-to-target mappings and data transformation requirements. 9.
Perform data analysis using SQL to validate data quality, business rules, and reporting requirements. 10.
Coordinate with Azure and Databricks teams for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics solutions
