Capital Market Trade Manager-BPS

Manage end-to-end delivery for multiple Agile product squads within the payments ecosystem.

Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Reviews.

Proactively identify, track, and resolve delivery impediments and escalating issues where necessary.

Manage cross-functional and cross-team dependencies to ensure successful execution of delivery commitments.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align delivery plans with product roadmaps and business priorities.

Provide clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communications.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, quality, and predictability.

Demonstrate strong understanding of software development lifecycle, release management, and go-to-market processes.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and team-driven decision-making.

Manage stakeholder expectations across business, product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Support teams in delivering customer-focused solutions by understanding user impact and business outcomes.

Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, governance standards, and delivery metrics.

Prior experience working with payment platforms, digital payments, card payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech products.

Exposure to large-scale product organizations operating in global delivery environments.

• Strong Agile delivery management experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good technical understanding of software architecture, development, testing, DevOps, and release processes.

Experience managing globally distributed teams and stakeholders.

Exposure to Product Management practices and customer-centric product delivery.
