Senior Document Control Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary document control interface between the client and consultant.
• Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Register, track, and control documents, drawings, technical submissions, and correspondence in the approved DMS.
• Maintain document numbering, revision control, metadata, and project naming conventions.
• Verify consultant submissions, distribute documents for review, monitor review cycles, and follow up on overdue responses.
• Train and support clients in document control procedures and use of the DMS.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work-related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of document control systems and procedures, including registration, monitoring, coordination, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; IT is preferred.
• Confident written and spoken English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comprehensive knowledge of EDMS applications.
• Experience using Oracle ACONEX is required.
• Able to build working relationships across complex project, client, and internal structures.
