The Role

This is a

high-impact leadership role

with full ownership of sales, team building, and market expansion in Abu Dhabi.

You will be responsible for driving revenue, scaling a team, and positioning Allegiance as a key player in the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the
  • Abu Dhabi sales division
  • , driving revenue and performance
  • Build, manage, and scale a
  • high-performing team of real estate advisors
  • Develop and execute
  • market expansion strategies
  • Establish strong relationships with
  • developers, investors, and key stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities and stay ahead of

  • Set clear
  • KPIs, targets, and performance standards
  • Oversee
  • day-to-day operations
  • of the Abu Dhabi office
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in the
  • UAE real estate market
  • Strong understanding of the

Abu Dhabi Market

  • Track record of
  • building and scaling successful sales teams
  • Well-connected within the
  • real estate ecosystem (developers, investors, brokers)
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Highly driven, commercial, and results-oriented mindset
