Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and
sales-driven Reservations Agent
to manage our reservations and booking operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or holiday homes, with proven
sales experience
and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reservations across portals including Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs
- Respond promptly and professionally to booking inquiries, guest communications, and requests
- Maximize sales by upselling additional services and ensuring high booking conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information in the reservation system
- Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Monitor availability, rates, and booking trends to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
Requirements
- Minimum
- 2–3 years’ experience
- in reservations, hospitality, or holiday homes
- Strong background in
- sales and lead conversion
- Hands-on experience working with
- Airbnb, Booking.com, and similar booking platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reservation/CRM systems is an advantage
