Your Role
- As a Senior Property Consultant, you will:
- Advise local and international investors on Dubai's luxury real estate market
- Promote and sell premium off-plan and ready properties across the UAE
- Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and property investors
- Stay ahead of new launches, pricing, developer updates, and market trends
- Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into successful transactions
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing Allegiance Real Estate with professionalism and integrity
Who We'Re Looking For
- We're looking for ambitious professionals who thrive in a high-performance sales environment.
- You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in Dubai real estate sales, property consultancy, property investment, or high-ticket B2B/B2C sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- A passion for luxury real estate and helping clients build successful property portfolios
- A results-driven mindset with the ambition to earn without limits
- Fluency in English (additional languages are highly valued)
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
