Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager

About This Role

We're assisting a stable, growing, semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi in their search for a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager with hands-on experience to lead complex enterprise programmes.

This is not a coordination role; we are looking for a strong BA/PM hybrid who can own delivery end-to-end, operate at pace, and manage senior stakeholders, vendors, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of enterprise applications and digital transformation projects
• Own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes
• Drive high-quality business analysis (BRDs, process mapping, functional specs)
• Manage senior stakeholders and steering committees with confidence
• Oversee vendors and implementation partners to strict milestones and SLAs
• Ensure strong governance, documentation, compliance, and reporting discipline
• Drive change management, adoption, and successful go-live outcomes

Requirements (Applications without these will not be considered)

• 10+ years’ experience in IT / digital project delivery
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, integrations)
• Strong hands-on Business Analysis + Project Management experience (essential)
• Experience working in structured, governance-heavy environments (PMO-driven)
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and multiple vendors
• Strong commercial awareness and accountability for delivery outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (executive-level)
• UAE / GCC experience at a commercial, reputable, multinational organisations
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or BA certifications
