Job Description – Senior Digital Solution Designer Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 10–15 Years
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Solution Designer to lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise digital solutions for the banking domain. The role involves translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and future-ready technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and digital transformation objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in solution architecture, digital banking platforms, enterprise integration, stakeholder management, and technical leadership while driving innovation across enterprise programs.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Solution Architecture, Digital Solution Design, and Enterprise Application Delivery
- Expertise in Banking and Financial Services technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, API-based integrations, Microservices, and scalable system design
- Experience in architecture governance, risk assessment, and solution blueprinting
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and scalable digital solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Business, Architecture, Development, QA, and Project Management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and digital solution design for enterprise banking initiatives
- Define scalable, secure, and reusable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Drive architecture decisions, technology selection, and implementation best practices
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory standards
- Identify technical and delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Develop architecture documentation, technical specifications, and integration designs
- Support delivery teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative digital solutions to improve business outcomes
- Mentor junior team members and promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across teams
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field

Work Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in Solution Design, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Transformation programs within Banking or Financial Services organizations
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital initiatives and customer-focused technology solutions
